Returns / Refunds Policy

Flip Flop Dynasty Boutique

At Flip Flop Dynasty Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because many of our styles are limited and boutique-sourced, we have a carefully structured return policy to protect both you and the integrity of our collections.


🕰️ Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Any request made after this window may be respectfully declined in accordance with our policy.

To begin a return, please contact us at ffd@flipflopdynasty.com before sending any items back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.


✔️ Eligible Items

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed clothing in original condition, including:

  • All original tags attached

  • Clear garment bag with SKU label intact

  • Original packing slip or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or missing tags/packaging may be denied and returned to the customer.


⛔ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable / non-exchangeable:

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates, lingerie, and shapewear

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Items marked “SALE”

Please select these pieces with extra care, as all sales on these categories are final.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance.

Flip Flop Dynasty Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer standard size or style exchanges.

We will only consider an exchange if the item received is defective or incorrect.
If this applies to your order, please email ffd@flipflopdynasty.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.


💸 Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification with our approval or denial decision.

If your return is approved:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Example:
If your item total was $100, your refund will be $85 after the 15% restocking fee is applied.


❗Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the approval email:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing and posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay on their side.
